Senior Living

    Holland Home Breton Terrace

Holland Home's senior care facilities are composed of a continuum of care that encompasses independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing and hospice.

Holland Home contracted with Erhardt Construction to lead the design development and construction process on a new independent living project located adjacent to their Breton Nursing campus. The project was constructed in three phases over 5 years, beginning with Phase I in June of 2000.

Phase I encompassed the construction of the five-story, 81-unit, 200,000 SF Terrace Building. Phase I of the Terrace project also included all aspects that would service the balance of the Breton campus including dining, recreation, social aspects, exercise room, carports, garages and an indoor swimming pool.

The second phase began in June 2002 and is a three story, 80,000 SF building containing 51 independent living units. Phase II of the project was completed in December 2003.

In January 2004, Erhardt began the third and final phase of the Breton Terrace project. Phase III consisted of completion of the campus landscaping and 87 condominiums totaling 120,000 SF. Phase III was completed in May 2005, nearly three months ahead of schedule.
