Blendon Township Hall

Hudsonville, MI

6,000 SF | Building Addition

Erhardt Construction completed a 6,000-square-foot addition to the existing Blendon Township Hall, designed to expand the community’s capacity for meetings and public events. The project included a new multi-purpose boardroom with a custom-built 12-person dais (Tenibac Woodworks), additional conference and storage spaces, a kitchen, ADA-compliant restrooms, a voting area, and a garage for township use. Site work also included a new retention pond, expanded parking area, and crawl space beneath the addition.

Despite challenges presented by a high-water table during foundation work, the project was completed smoothly and on schedule. The new addition provides Blendon Township with a more functional, welcoming space for both administrative and community purposes.
