Erhardt Construction transformed a long-vacant, 7,315-square-foot property into a modern community facility for Read Muskegon. This revitalization project introduced new tutoring and classroom spaces, childcare areas, updated technology and building systems, and extensive interior and exterior improvements. These enhancements aimed to support Muskegon’s expanding literacy and education programs. The new space was successfully delivered and opened to the public in June 2026. The completed facility has brought renewed activity to Peck Street in Muskegon, Michigan, serving as a new and larger resource for learners, families, volunteers, and community partners. This facility provides a platform for literacy, education, and opportunity in West Michigan.
