Erhardt Construction served as construction manager for the new West Michigan Hispanic Chamber of Commerce headquarters in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The 12,160-square-foot, two-story facility was designed to support the Chamber’s mission of fostering business development and strengthening community connections.

The headquarters features administrative offices, rentable office suites, conference rooms, a boardroom, a multi-purpose community event space, a training kitchen, and a second-floor balcony overlooking an outdoor community plaza with custom Tenibac Woodworks seating. Located in the Roosevelt Park neighborhood, the project provides a modern hub for collaboration, education, and community engagement while serving as a catalyst for future neighborhood investment.
