Erhardt constructed a new extended care unit for Holland Home on its Breton Campus in Kentwood, Michigan. The $3.1 million, 13,357-square-foot facility provides personal care and supervision to each resident. 
 
The project included 15 private resident rooms, a communal dining room with kitchen, two living room spaces, a nursing station and staff offices.
