Erhardt conducted pre-construction, design and engineering services on Pageworks’ two-phase office and mezzanine level workspace in Grand Rapids. Our team implemented the redesign of the company’s former 3,500-square-foot manufacturing and work wing located within its current 32,500-square-foot facility.

The re-design houses Pageworks’ CSR, web, and pre-press teams, promoting creativity in an open work setting. Updates included new lighting, walls, floors, steel mezzanine, HVACs and paint.
