Erhardt constructed a 24,000-square-foot Library and Community Center in downtown Ada, Michigan.
This project began in July of 2019 and finished in early February 2021. The Amy Van Andel Library and Community Center has roughly 13,000-square-feet of community center space, 9,700-square-feet of library space and 4,800-square-feet of administration and utilities space.
Additional features include: Children’s play space, bookshelves, multiple meeting and private study rooms, podcast room, courtyard area, and a custom fireplace.
