Erhardt completed an addition and full renovation of the former 18,000 SF West Leonard Elementary School to become an event space named Leona Road. In early fall 2020, Erhardt demolished all but the outer walls of the school building. A new exterior wall, roof, and interior walls were constructed. The space is now able to hold up to 450 people geared towards hosting weddings, receptions, and events. 

Leona Road is complete with a gorgeous ceremony room, spacious reception areas, a full bar, bridal suite, commercial kitchen, and more. The reception area dance floor even features the original wood from West Leonard Elementary School’s gym floor.
