LITEHOUSE FAMILY YMCA

This project consisted of a complete interior renovation of the 17,500 SF space including an elevator, an extraordinarily large kids zone, two group fitness rooms, a large main fitness area with all new cardio and free weight equipment, men’s and women’s locker rooms, staff offices, and a basement finished including a staff kitchen. The exterior of the building was renovated to include a new entry into the building, wrapped concrete columns, new landscaping and new site lighting.
