Erhardt constructed the build-out for Trinity Health’s new emergency center in their outpatient medical facility on Northland Drive in Rockford, MI. The facility remained operational as our team performed work. We began by constructing temporary walls to separate the space and ensure that the safety of tenants and patients remained a top priority.

New walls, MEP, and fire protection make the new facility compliant with emergency room standards. The emergency department features nine patient rooms, a diagnostic lab, cardiac monitoring, medical imaging, staff space, and more. The exterior scope of work included the addition of a new ambulance driveway, an emergency entrance, and a backup generator. 

Erhardt completed the project on budget within eight months.
