Cascade Hills Country Club’s new Family Activity Center includes a restaurant and bar, pool concessions, locker rooms, bathrooms, kid’s activity and daycare center, and two platform tennis courts. The new building provides an updated recreational experience for club members, complementing the existing pool and tennis courts, which also occupy the family-friendly recreational area.

Erhardt Construction collaborated with Integrated Architecture and the club owner throughout all phases. This approach allowed our team to stay on schedule and within budget while ensuring the project’s constructability.
