ARLEN-DEAN GADDY IS NAMED BRILLIANT BEST SUPPORTING MAN

The newly renovated and expanded Grand Rapids MLK Park Lodge facility, roughly spanning nearly 25,000 square feet, will open its doors to the public this month. As final touches are completed on the newly modernized community building, now five times larger than before, excitement is building across the neighborhood.

Recent work by Erhardt Construction included asbestos removal, roof repairs, new storefront windows and brick work.

The organization has already raised $1.8 million of the $2.77 million total project. That has covered the cost to purchase the building, complete building renovations and buy new furniture and technology for the space.
