Erhardt was chosen as the construction manager for ChoiceOne Bank’s new Grand Rapids and Rockford locations. Erhardt completed a full demolition and remodel of the spaces, which included improved traffic pathways and parking, renovated landscape and brand-new interior finishes, as well as new electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems.
