Erhardt served as the General Contractor for The Kelly Family Sports Center at Grand Valley State University. This center offers students a multi-functional venue for fitness courses, athletics practices, and intramural team events.
The dominant feature inside the building is the full sized turf football/soccer field. The building’s height is approximately 60 feet and includes a six lane, 300 meter rubberized track that surrounds the field. There is seating for over 800 spectators, multi-purpose and meeting rooms, classrooms, training facilities, locker rooms, rest rooms, concessions, and substantial storage for equipment.
The project is LEED-Gold certified.
