Project Superintendent Brian Darling talks about one of his favorite aspects, “The amount of space that was dedicated to children and the intentional planning of it all makes the library stand out to me.” The colorful, unique space on the first floor of the building is dedicated to young readers. With over 7,000 books and media, the children’s area of the library is designed for them to be able to reach, play, and learn – all at their height. The interactive play space encourages learning through exploration and discovery, as well.
