Erhardt Construction completed a 2nd floor interior office build-out for Barr Engineering’s Grand Rapids headquarters. The renovation included 17,000 square-feet of office space and 750 square-feet of storage in the parking garage of the Orchard Vista building.

The brand new space includes: a front lobby, training room, two kitchens, two conference rooms, several private offices and workstations, storage space and more.
