Erhardt served as Construction Manager for the major renovation including 26,000 SF of new space and a 43,000 SF remodel to the existing facility. The club has crystal chandeliers, granite hearths, a Brazilian walnut dance floor and countless amounts of custom trim and millwork.

The high end finishes required both quality craftsmanship and a great attention to detail. It was imperative that the members be able to utilize the existing spaces for as long as possible, so extensive coordination and phasing construction efforts were required by our team.
