Erhardt’s Facility Solutions Group provided general contracting services for Davenport University’s Institute for Professional Excellence’s interior renovation located at 200 Ottawa Avenue NW.

 The five-month project included new conference rooms, training rooms, offices and a common area. Various ceiling elevations, along with a floating conference room added unique volume, creating a modern atmosphere.
