Ferris Coffee and Nut recently purchased the former American Seating building on Seward Avenue to house its manufacturing, distribution and office facilities under one roof.

Erhardt was selected as the Construction Manager of this design-build renovation project that included 13,960 SF of new open concept offices with mobile workstations, meeting spaces, a training facility, coffee and retail shop across 9 acres of on-site parking. The scope of work included new lighting, flooring, paint, floor to ceiling windows, and MEPFP systems.
