Erhardt Construction served as Construction Manager of Forty Pearl’s downtown Grand Rapids renovation. The project team took a space that had uneven floors and poor wall conditions and performed selective demolition to convert the area into a high-end restaurant and tasting room with a wine and liquor retail space.
