Erhardt’s Facility Solutions Group completed an amazing project for the Frauenthal Center in Downtown Muskegon. The building now boasts a beautiful new marquee, heated sidewalks, new windows and other exterior upgrades.
Our team completed the exterior envelope work, which included roof repairs, 108 new windows, exterior cleaning and sealer, tuck-pointing, and re-coating EIFS. The theater’s marquee received a refresh with new polycarbonate, metal powder coating and paint, and 4,500 brand new LED lights.
