Erhardt served as the Construction Manager for the new two-story building addition on the Grand Valley State University’s Allendale campus. The Au Sable Hall supports teaching needs, including general-purpose classrooms, case-study rooms, faculty offices and student study space. The addition provides more accessible classrooms and faculty office space at the center of the campus.

The project received U.S. Green Building Council LEED Silver™ and became the 10th LEED certified facility on the Allendale campus.
