Erhardt served as General Contractor for this residence hall and academic building for Grand Valley State University that provided space for students seeking housing on the Allendale campus.

The new housing facility accommodates approximately 500 students in traditional-style bedroom units including study and lounge areas, laundry facilities, a game room, cafeteria, and outdoor recreational space. The building features an academic “living-learning enter,” that includes three classrooms, a computer lab, student interaction space, media room, and faculty offices.
