Erhardt was the construction manager for the renovation of Hope College’s 10,000 SF Boerigter Center. 

The project was completed in 5 months and includes 25 new office/private meeting spaces, multiple collaboration/common spaces for students, a larger classroom/flex space, multiple conference rooms, and a new welcome area. 

The three groups that this space will serve are the Boerigter Center for Calling and Career, Alumni and Family Engagement, and the Center for Leadership. The renovation allows for increased collaboration from students and staff. The space also creates a conscious connection to the other building amenities such as the bookstore.
