Handpicked alongside Grand Rapids Designer, Lorenz & Company, Erhardt Construction constructed Lake Shore Resort’s newest 2,800 SF building. Overlooking the shores of Lake Michigan, the new space can be rented as one or two separate units, sleeping 8 guests comfortably.

The project features numerous custom designs throughout, including grasscloth ceilings and cabinet door panels. The owner also chose a limewash finish on all exposed drywall, giving the space a warm and welcoming feel. Additionally, the building is designed to withstand all Michigan weather with minimal maintenance. Our team used Acre composite siding, which not only adds to the building’s aesthetic appeal but also ensures durability and high quality.
