Erhardt was the construction manager for the Mars Hill Bible Church renovation which included multiple phases. The office area was the first phase of what is anticipated to be two phases of work. This included a remodel of a 7,000-square-foot upper level mezzanine into Mars Hill’s new office and administration area. During this time our client was onsite with us every day, seeing our progress and assisting us with making design decisions in a very quick manner.

The redesign included a full renovation of the offices and common areas, as well as removing cedar ship-lap siding that lined the existing corridors on the north half of the building and reinstalling it on various walls within the new office space. This created a unique design element that breaks up the monotony of standard painted drywall, and also helps balance the space.
