Erhardt constructed two medical facilities for Mercy Health in Ada. The project program consists of one 12,010-square foot space for pediatric, internal medicine, specialty care and diagnostic services, including Advent Physical Therapy, and a second 6,500-square foot space for urology, gynecology and rehabilitation services.

 Construction was completed in March 2019.
