MUSKEGON SURGERY CENTER – PHASE 1

Erhardt Construction completed a phase one renovation and expansion for the Muskegon Surgery Center.

This phase of the project consisted of renovating the 3,000-square-foot lower level of the Muskegon Surgery Center to be employee space. The space now includes a break room, staff offices, and spacious locker rooms.

It also included a 9,000-square-foot surgical expansion on the north end of the building. The main floor houses a mechanical room, mechanical office, and future tenant office space. The upper-level construction included sterile corridors with two operating rooms, space for two future operating rooms, a surgery prep area, a sterilization room, nurses’ station, restrooms, and additional areas.

The new addition began operations early in 2024.
