PACKAGING COMPLIANCE LABS
Erhardt was hired as the general contractor to renovate Packaging Compliance Labs’ new 33,027 SF office space and testing facility. Erhardt collaborated with the client, architect, and trade partners to transform the facility and warehouse space into a specialized package testing location for the growing company.
Phase I construction took seven months to complete, consisting of renovations to existing offices and staff areas, a complete remodel of the men’s and women’s restrooms with the addition of a unisex bathroom, the construction of a packaging test lab, and the renovation of existing warehouse space for special package testing equipment.
Phase II consisted of a second-floor facelift featuring a spacious training room, open office workspace, private offices, conference rooms, and additional packaging lab space. The second phase took two months to complete.
