PACKAGING COMPLIANCE LABS

Erhardt was hired as the general contractor to renovate Packaging Compliance’s new testing facility and office space. Erhardt collaborated with the client, architect, and trade partners to successfully renovate the facility to meet the client’s specific needs.

Construction consisted of the renovation of existing offices and staff areas, a complete remodel of the men’s and women’s restrooms with the addition of a unisex bathroom, construction of a packaging test lab, and the renovation of existing warehouse space for special packaging testing equipment.
