St. John Paul II needed a new space to accommodate its growing congregation. Erhardt provided general contractor and construction manager services for its new 8,500-square-foot church. The facility seats 400 people and has capacity for expansion.
The project was bid in three phases. The first phase included excavation and foundation work. The second focused on structural work, including concrete, masonry and steel; and the third provided architectural finishes and MEP work. Phasing the project this way allowed us to complete the foundation prior to winter.
