Erhardt construction served as project manager for St Pius X’s parish remodel and addition.
The project included new architectural finishes and lighting upgrades in the sanctuary, new youth and multi-purpose room, an expanded and renovated gathering area, boiler replacement, new fire suppression system, re-paved parking lot, storm / sewer and landscape improvements.
The multi-purpose room addition included new underground plumbing to service a café kitchenette and ADA family restroom. A new exterior aluminum window systems was constructed, which features colored glazing and present-day lighting mechanics. Audio-visual systems were installed, as well as, re-claimed redwood ceilings, and an interior feature wall constructed of restored and repurposed stained-glass window panels. The addition was completed three-weeks ahead of schedule.

The project included a new youth/ multi-purpose room, an expanded and renovated gathering area, boiler replacements, re-surfaced parking lot, storm/ sewer and landscape improvements, public and private utility connections and safety improvements.
The project started with roof and membrane demolition. Construction was phased, so day-to-day parish activities were not disrupted. Safety improvements included bringing the space up to legal working code with three-hour fire walls, sprinkler suppression systems and a new boiler room. The multi-purpose room addition included new underground plumbing, new windows, flooring , present lighting mechanics, hearing induction loops and redwood ceiling. The addition was completed three-weeks ahead of schedule.
