Our team defined the path to reorganize and restructure the entire plant floor, all while keeping the client in production.

There were 22 phases to this project, overall. We worked with the Client’s team everyday to understand production needs and adapt to new constraints and challenges that the client brought to us, tweaking our phasing and sequencing, if needed, to keep progress moving smoothly.
