STAMPING & MANUFACTURING PLANT RENOVATION

This large stamping and manufacturing client was looking for a General Contractor willing to take lead on their project and show them how they could achieve the end results they so desired. Erhardt was the perfect fit for the job.

The client had a good draft of what the final layout of the plant would be, but how to assemble and execute every step to get to that point was unknown, and that is where we came in. Our team defined the path to reorganize and restructure the entire plant floor, all while keeping the client in production.

There were 22 phases to this project, overall. We worked with the Client’s team everyday to understand production needs and adapt to new constraints and challenges that the client brought to us, tweaking our phasing and sequencing, if needed, to keep progress moving smoothly.

The entire project, including daily planning with the client, lasted 12-months and was completed on-time and under budget.
