Erhardt Construction was selected as the Construction Manager to complete a renovation for Thresholds’ Tenent Build Out in the new Special Olympics Michigan Headquarters.

Erhardt renovated the existing classrooms to become individual offices and open office space. The final renovation includes a breakroom, two conference rooms, reception area, kitchen, mail area, and multiple office spaces.
