Erhardt served as Construction Manager for the interior remodel and building renovation of the YWCA’s existing facility; originally built in 1922.
This more than 100 year – old building renovation involved facade restoration, redesign of the lower-level pool and locker room, and renovations to the meeting and administrative rooms. The renovation also provided operations more flexibility, enhanced safety and security, and allowed the YWCA to expand its service capacity and crisis services. The project achieved U.S. Green Building Council LEED certification.
