Erhardt Construction served as the Construction Manager for the St. Cecilia Music Center interior renovation. The Italian Renaissance-style building in downtown Grand Rapids was built in 1894.

The historic renovation included replacing the 635 theater seats in the Royce Auditorium, new professional sound and energy-efficient lighting systems, accessibility upgrades, and renovations made to the existing lobby, administrative offices, rehearsal spaces, bathroom facilities and box office featuring a Tiffany stained-glass window. The entire building received new furniture, fixtures, roofing, flooring, signage and upgraded HVAC equipment.
