Erhardt Construction performed Construction Manager services for this new independent faith-based school at St. Robert of Newminster Catholic Church in Ada. The old chapel was converted into classrooms for preschool and kindergarten, as well as after-school child care.

In addition, Erhardt provided pre-construction and pre-bonding services for the Catholic community leaders, the parish, and the diocese to help make this new school financially feasible. Construction was completed on time and on budget, in time for the beginning of the new school year. St. Robert’s plan is to add one grade per year through eighth grade.
