SPECIAL OLYMPICS MICHIGAN HEADQUARTERS
Erhardt was hired to complete the first phase of construction on the Special Olympics Michigan facility. Additional work will be awarded as Funds are raised. This headquarters and sports complex will be the largest of it’s kind in the entire world. The former 127,000 square-foot South Christian High School will turn into the world’s largest Special Olympics facility. The space will also be divided and leased to several other partnering agencies, including:

The Special Olympics Michigan facility is a Universal Design project. It is crucial that the space is able to be accessible and usable by all people.
